We don't care at all, as long as it doesn't happen to our own children! When it does, we'll act as if hell has broken loose; but in case of other children, it's just another newspaper article for us, which we read, and discuss, like another Bollywood movie review, and forget about it. We all feel bad about such incidents for a while, but how many of us will sit up and register our protests about these to responsible people/authorities? It is a sad situation, indeed!
