		<description>lol.... in my earlier organisation someone would have lost their job if they put out stuff like this.... and the report has been signed off by the whose who of the consultants, and FICCI ... it is not just bad proof reading... it is possibly no proof reading...

		<description>as a software engineer i couldn't help but notice the obvious bug in that spreadsheet! it appears as if someone sorted the states column alphabetically, but failed to see that the numbers don't move with the names (they probably used Excel) :D</description>
