The Indian Ocean - at Humbantota, Sri Lanka

There is no land between Humbantota and the Antartic. Nothing to break the tides or the wind. Standing at the beach - watching the ocean is a truly humbling experience. The ocean looked a lot more menacing than it does in Mumbai — but, maybe it is just my imagination.
