yes. the two years is two long – i hope that it becomes policy and precedent as far as under trials are concerned.
there has to be a limit for judicial custody -and hopefully this would mean that the system itself will get cleaned up. justice takes for ever to be delivered. The system itself needs an overhaul. you cannot keep having continuances – till people drop dead
