Came back on Wednesday by sleeper volvo &#8230; Shaadi at Ahmedabad was fun. We were put up at the Platinum Hotel, in a place suburb called Anjali. Took lots of pics, spent time more or less in the hotel, and didn&#8217;t talk politics&#8230; Now back and going off for the reception&#8230;&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>here are some pics from the <em>shaadi <\/em>in [tag]Ahmedabad[\/tag]<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/lh5.google.com\/calamur\/R2FWs298AKI\/AAAAAAAAAGE\/TD7PKahdlr4\/DSC08079.JPG?resize=512%2C384\" alt=\"mehendi\" height=\"384\" width=\"512\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Mehendi<\/strong><\/em>&#8230;. for all the ladies. mine is fading now but a week ago it was deep and rich&#8230;..<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/lh6.google.com\/calamur\/R2Fc0G98AfI\/AAAAAAAAAI4\/fJD1vZ7Q1v8\/DSC08218.JPG?resize=512%2C384\" height=\"384\" width=\"512\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Haldi &#8211; the ceremony on the guy&#8217;s side&#8230;. here is the groom getting shagun stuff from one of the ladies related to him&#8230; (that included friends .. like shabana and I&#8230;.)<\/p>\n<p>Post the Haldi, the look&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/lh4.google.com\/calamur\/R2Fkcm98AzI\/AAAAAAAAAL0\/3xB4tWqpmng\/DSC08290.JPG?resize=384%2C512\" height=\"512\" width=\"384\" \/><\/p>\n<p>we kidded that he looked like a <strong><em>tantric <\/em><\/strong>hitman :)\u00c2\u00a0 It&#8217;s a good job that the bride to be doesn&#8217;t get to see this !!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The whole week seems to have whizzed by.
