since the end of December,[tag]Mumbai[/tag] has been going through bizarre weather and weather patterns. It's been 2 months since I switched on the fan at night… and most of these nights were spent under multiple blankets…But, it is the days which are really wierd…. sharp sun shine. chilly yet hot… sharp
As, a result of the weather and the running around that i have been doing, i have been picking up silly bugs all over the place. My second bout of viral in three months…. and my head feels stuffed and screwed. There is a terrible cold and a racking cough…..
I felt it on Monday as I was leaving for my lectures. The slight tightening of the throat. By Monday evening the sniffles began. And by yesterday evening, i was ready to put a bullet through my head … just to clear it up :). and today is a shut down.
i am seriously pissed off… at the weather and the viral… but, i am not sure that being pissed off is going to help

its the same case with many people due to weather switch in bangalore too. however i ve been hooked to yoga since a month. and the pranayams are doing a world of good. no blocked noses, no neck or back aches, no indigestion – just a wonderful life! 🙂
may i suggest you to meet manas maral, a renowned yoga teacher and a devotee of baba ramdev. better still you can join his google group and see for yourself.

i had a bad thyroid problem for which i was supposed to be on life long medication. i was on tablets for two months and i didnt like that kind of life. from the past one week i am OFF the tablets for good. my symptoms are normal. and everythings under control due to regular yoga!

try dabur honeytus -very effective for cold and phlegm
multiple blankets – was it that cold ??
