Balleshwar, Odhisha 2009

This was a little village near Balleshwar in Odisha. The village would fall prey to floods every year and houses would be destroyed.And the village would start from scratch. Most houses were BPL (below povery line But, even amidst that gloom and doom there seemed to be a sense of hope.
