The last of the Gandhians passed away today… [tag]Baba Amte[/tag], who brought so much hope, not just to the communities that he worked with… but to all others who saw his work and got inspired.

Today as I read the obituaries, there is this tremendous feeling of losing someone very close… the sense of being bereaved… and i never even met him…

People like him are [tag]Bharat Ratna’s[/tag] not idiot politicians….
